“Hamburg Blues” by Jan Frers (Teaser)

Synopsis:

Desperate restaurant owner Norman, the frustrated gangster Toby and the conflicted detective Viktoria, can no longer cope with their lives and are forced to re-locate in order to get their problems under control. Norman comes into possession of a bag full of drug money with which he intends to avert his ruin. Toby, who is hired to retrieve this bag, realizes on his journey that he can no longer continue his life this way, and in the process becomes the hunted himself. Viktoria, who is investigating the case, no longer knows which side she is on.
